1) What do I do, if my card has been stolen or lost?

If you have already registered your card:

Simply send us an email informing us of the loss, with an approximate date and time of the loss. The old card can be cancelled, a new one issued, and then mailed to you.


If you have not registered your card:

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee balances on cards that are not registered.

2) What do I do, if I want to register more than one card?

login, and go to 'register new card'. Here you will be able to add new cards to your account.

3) What if I move or some of my contact information changes?

login, and go to edit profile. Here you will be able to change any of the information that you had previously entered.

4) What are IMC loyalty points?

IMC loyalty points are collected when a purchase is made. These points that are collected are automatically converted to dollar amounts. An updated summary of your points is kept on the website once you have logged on.

5) Where can I use/collect loyalty points?

Collect

Every time you buy something at ANY IMC merchant, you can gather points, whether or not you are using your smart card to pay. Pass your card, along with the form of payment to the cashier, they will ensure that your points are added to the card.


Use points for payment

The loyalty points that you have collected can be used at ANY IMC location to pay for your purchases.


Note: if you carry a balance for a particular store, example: Luxsole, you must empty the Luxsole e-purse before you are able to pay with your points at Luxsole.

6) Why should I register my card?

Security

Once your card is registered, your card balances, and loyalty points are guaranteed in event the card is lost or stolen.


Card information

Once logged in, you are able to clearly see the contents of your card. You can navigate through your e-purses, see the status of your loyalty points, and add value to your card.


Bonuses

IMC can keep you informed of specials that only registered cardholders can take advantage of. We can remind you of outstanding balances on your card. We want you to get the most out of your gift!

7) What if I have a problem logging in?

Password

If you have forgotten your password, follow the "forgot password" prompt near the top, right hand side of the "home" page.


If you have a problem with the login that is not password related

If you attempt to login and you are presented with a blank screen or an error page, then you can do two things to solve this problem. First, our login systems require the use of cookies to hold information. Your web browser must allow to except cookies in order for the login to work. To turn on your cookies, go to your web browser's preference menu and click on the privacy tab. From there you should see an option to except cookies.

If you do this and still cannot access the member pages, then go back into your browser preferences and clear your cookies and cache. If this still does not allow you to view your account pages please email us web@itsmycard.com.


If you have other difficulties

Please inform us of ANY problems that you are encountering with our website. Email web@itsmycard.com, and we will have your concerns addressed as soon as possible.

8) How do I get more than one merchant on a card?

Online

Go into our shopping section of the website to purchase a new card. Currently you can choose from many different pre-made packages and bundles.


Sales Reps

For corporate clients, our sales team can work with you to customize multiple gift cards to suit your needs. Contact sales@itsmycard.com to set up a consultation.


Satellite Stores

These will be easily accessible locations that allow you to purchase and customize smart cards.

9) Can the value on my smart card be used at any IMC merchant?

Each smart chip contains 16 e-purses. The money you have in one e-purse (ie: Luxsole) cannot be used at any merchant other than Luxsole.
